The ETIC real estate agency located in Monaco Monte-Carlo offers properties for sale, rental and management, whether for apartments, villas, buildings, offices and commercial premises. Since its takeover in 1982, this agency has built up a glowing reputation due to the seriousness of its work: our approach to the profession is based on traditional values of service and follow-up. Our customers know that they have a contact person who listens to them and is ready to answer all their questions.
In 2021, the ETIC real estate agency joined the Coldwell Banker prestige real estate network and became Coldwell Banker Etic Realty. We hope that this collaboration will contribute to improving the quality of service that we wish to provide to our customers.
The Monegasque real estate market offers wide possibilities, from the simplest rentals to the most luxurious properties. The ETIC real estate agency, located near the Monaco Carré d'Or, will welcome you to guide you in your search. We will also advise new residents in the Principality to facilitate their procedures and their installation.
The agency is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
